Make it stand out

I developed these cookies last year and wanted to find a texture in a limbo between a berry crumble and a gooey cookie meeting somewhere in the middle, resulting in a crumble-esque campfire-y cookie. A real treat. This cookie is tart and sweet in all the right places.

Blueberry & Marshmallow Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Whisk the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Adjust cooking time for higher altitudes.
