Ingredients
1 scoop Be Well by Kelly Vanilla Grass-fed Protein Powder (contains ~16 grams of naturally occurring collagen)
1 scoop Be Well by Kelly Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder
½ cup strawberries
½ small avocado
⅓ cup frozen cauliflower rice
1-1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk or water
1 capsule of sea moss powder (optional)
Coconut Cream:
2 tbsp unsweetened full fat coconut milk
1 tsp inulin powder
Sugar-free strawberry chia ‘glaze’:
¼ cup fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions
Sugar-Free Strawberry Chia 'Glaze':
For the chia glaze, add fresh strawberries and chia seeds to a small bowl. Use a muddler to mash the strawberries until a jam-like consistency forms.
Coconut Cream:
Add 2 tbsp of coconut milk to a small bowl. Mix in 1 tsp of inulin powder until well combined.
Fab 4 Smoothie:
Place all the ingredients. Blend on high.
In a large glass, add coconut cream to the sides of your cup along with 2 tbsp of the strawberry chia glaze to the bottom of your cup.
Pour the smoothie into the glass. Enjoy!
